The beanstalk is down and we are safe from that big old giant for another year! Jack has promised to start being a good boss again and Lucy Goosey has finally found happiness with the gander.
After the Beanstalk was so much fun to put on and we want to take this opportunity to thank our audiences on every night for bringing so much enthusiasm to the shows.
Your generosity also enables us to keep going, putting on bigger and better shows each year. This year alone, we have managed to invest money on a new speaker system and microphones, to make your listening experience better, and we have also managed to purchase headsets for the backstage and tech crew so that communication is much smoother.
We are also thankful that we have been able to donate a proportion of our takings this year to AMMF, the cholangiocarcinoma charity, which is a charity very close our hearts. Our wonderful Chairperson Amy sadly lost her sister Polly to this illness just a few weeks ago and we would encourage you to spread the word of this charity if you can - they are nothing short of amazing.
We’ll be taking a short break while we consider our options for the Spring.
Thank you to all of our audiences this year whether you joined us for Gym Bunnies, a Westwell Players original murder mystery back in the Spring, or our end of year panto After the Beanstalk.
