System Error: Final Rehearsals Are Loading...

As we spring forward into longer days, we are reminded that the performances of our next production, ‘System Error: A Trilogy’ are right around the corner. Trilogies are always a lot of fun to perform; as well as adding variety to our rehearsals, we also have the challenge of three different sets to create to bring them to life.

I am grateful for my co-director Amy and our tech manager Ethan, who has been a brilliant sounding board for some of our ideas. With ‘System Error’ you have the benefit of three short plays (no single one lasting longer than 45 minutes) but with the usual Westwell humour you have become accustomed to. It has been a real pleasure watching the performers bring each play to life over the last few weeks, finding opportunities to inject their own interpretations of their characters throughout the rehearsals.

Our social calendar has been filled with some lovely community events recently.

First up was the Charing quiz to raise money for the church roof and although we didn’t win the overall quiz, we had great fun competing in teams against each other. We also recently helped with the big Parish Hall clean up along with other members of the Westwell community. The hall is now sparkling clean and we are grateful to everyone who gave up their Saturday morning to help out.

Please help us spread the word by encouraging friends and family to come along and by sharing our posts on social media. Tickets are on sale now—secure your seats for April 23rd–25th below!
