Tickets for ‘After the Beanstalk’ are selling nicely, with 75% of tickets gone. With less than a month to go before curtain up, we’re looking forward to bringing you all of the drama and chaos from the world of Jack and his new friends (and some old ones too).

Our set is also taking shape with questions such as ‘do we have a goose costume?’ and ‘would anyone like to make a giant golden egg?’ becoming part of normal conversation in our weekly meetings. Building the set and gathering the costumes is always one of the best parts of putting on a panto and really helps us to get into character.
We are looking forward to seeing the Charing Players production of ‘A is for Arsenic’, a comedy drama written by David Pemberton, at the end of November, and with Halloween out the way, our minds are turning to Christmas and some festive social events, including our annual Christmas Quiz.
That’s all from us this month, we’ve got lines to learn and Spice Girls songs to perfect! We can’t wait to see you all on 27th, 28th and 29th November!
